SAFE ACCESS TO THE TOP OF ANY TANK
Manways, agitator drives, level instruments, and CIP connections all live on top of the tank, and someone has to get to them. Watson designs and fabricates the access structure with the vessel, so platform heights, ladder positions, and handrail runs match the nozzles and the floor plan instead of being improvised after delivery. Everything is built in stainless steel to OSHA fall protection and load requirements.
You don’t need a Watson tank to order a Watson platform. If you have an existing tank or tank farm that needs a catwalk between vessels, a stair tower in place of a caged ladder, or a maintenance platform at a drive, give us the tank dimensions and the plant layout, and we’ll design to fit.
